Advances in design and planning make Georgia Southern University’s newest residence hall, Centennial Place, a model for the future. In fact, parents are telling us they want to go back to college.

This is not your traditional hall. We've thrown away the outdated idea of "student housing" and developed an apartment style community that is designed specifically for the student lifestyle. Long gone are the community bathrooms down the hall with long hallways lined with two person rooms..

Centennial Place features two and four bedroom apartments for upperclass students while freshmen are able to choose from two person suites with private bedrooms, a two person suite with a shared bedroom, or the four person super suites. Unlike rooms of the past, Centennial Place its residents with some of the most desired housing amenities they want as they pursue your college degree.

Location
Centennial Place is located in the heart of Georgia Southern’s campus within walking distance of nearly every building on campus including classrooms, the student union, library, bookstore and more.

If you need to go further, Southern Express, Georgia Southern’s campus transit system stops nearby and can take you to virtually any location on campus.

Centennial Place also offers two amenities that none of the University’s other residence halls have: retail stores and a food court.

Georgia Southern University has obtained franchises to operate a Coldstone Creamery and an Einstein Bros. Bagels in the Centennial Place food court. On the retail side, an optometry store is p and the University’s existing convenience store, The Pickle Barrel, are located in Centennial Place. Georgia Southern University’s Eagle Print Shop is also relocating to Centennial Place and will be adjacent to the food court.

Whether you are heading to class, studying with a class group at the library or want to make a quick stop at Starbucks, you’ll be close to it all at Centennial Place.
