Applications were accepted through March 19, 2007. Check back in spring 2008 to apply for the next academic year.

Criteria to Apply:

  1. Applicants must have completed at least 24 semester hours of college work at an accredited
    institution of higher education.
  2. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative unadjusted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  3. Applicants must have an intention to declare Information Systems as a major.

Criteria for Initial Qualification:

  1. Applicants must have completed admission to Georgia Southern University.
  2. Applicants must have declared Information Systems as a major (either Pre-business, Pre-IS, or BBA).
  3. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative unadjusted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  4. Applicants must have completed CISM 1110 and CISM 1120 (Computer Applications & Computer Concepts) OR CISM 2530 (Advanced Business Applications).
  5. Applicants must have completed Area F (see Georgia Southern University Catalog) or the business core, to be presently enrolled in course which will complete Area F (A student must complete Area F courses with a 3.0 or better during the first semester of scholarship assistance in order to receive scholarship money during the second semester.)
