Grant Writing Mentorship

The Extensive Mentoring to Enhance Rural Grantwriting Excellence (EMERGE) program is designed to provide mentorship to emerging researchers needing additional support in preparation of federal grants. This program pairs early-career faculty with a highly-experienced grant writing expert to provide a year-long mentorship experience that will culminate in the submission of a rural health-related external grant submission. Participants will receive intensive grantwriting training, four in-person sessions with the expert grant writer, and technology-enabled consultation between the in-person meetings. Application details will be released in early September 2011.

If you would like to be notified when the application releases, please email Deb Blackburn at debblackburn@georgiasouthern.edu
