What is Happening
The University is in final stages of redesigning the campus website in order to give the site more contemporary and consistent design elements, improve navigation, and incorporate a stronger message to our primary market: prospective students.
With the launch of the new design comes a new look and feel that will need to be applied throughout all campus websites. To assist with this change the University will be releasing approved web templates. In order to comply with the University image these templates will be mandatory and must be used on each department and college site.
We have scheduled three open meetings to discuss the changes being made to the campus homepage and how to incorporate the new templates into your site. If you have used the templates in the past this process will be similar.

Training on New Templates
IT Services is also working with the Emerging Technology Center to schedule workshops to cover how to create a new site and how to convert an older site to the new template design. Please click here to check for times and dates.

Marketing & Communications will be on hand to handle any questions you have related to the University Image standards as well. The locations of these meetings will be sent out by Tuesday 10/24/2006 | 12/8/2006 | The official launch of the New Campus Home Page.
