My Job

I am an Information Specialist II for the Learning Commons of the Zach S. Henderson Library. I am responsible for providing comprehensive software and hardware assistance to library patrons. In addition, I also provide basic reference assistance and teach various workshops on some of the frequently used software packages. I answer reference and computer questions received in person, by telephone, via email, and instant messaging.

What is the Learning Commons?

One of the new features of the library renovation will be the introduction of Zach S. Henderson's Learning Commons. The Learning Commons will be a dynamic and active feature of the library that will meet the needs of the university community.
