Beverages by Gallon

The pricing of each beverage listed below covers the delivery, set up, cups, and napkins. Our Gevalia Coffee includes creamers, stirrers, individual packets of sugar and sweeteners, as well as cups, lids, and sleeves.

Pricing for all bottled and canned beverages includes ice and delivery. Blue Tie Catering no longer offers “Drinks All Day.” We will only supply the number of drinks ordered.

Sandwich Buffet

All sandwich buffets are served with: freshly fried chips and your choice of – pasta salad, potato salad, or house salad with assorted dressings, and your choice of brownies or cookies. You can choose from the list below:

  • Black Forest Ham and Swiss on Marbled Rye Bread
    Rich black forest ham and thinly sliced Swiss cheese served with lettuce and tomato on marbled rye.
  • Smoked Turkey and Bacon Club on Wheat Berry Bread
    Thinly shaved smoked turkey and crispy bacon with sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on thick-sliced wheat berry bread.
  • Roast Beef Club on Kaiser Roll
    Shaved roast beef and sliced Swiss cheese served with caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato on a corn dusted Kaiser roll.
  • Grilled Chicken and Basil on Ciabatta
    Marinated grilled chicken breast served with fresh Mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, sliced tomato and a balsamic vinaigrette served on ciabatta.
  • BLT
    Applewood smoked bacon, crispy green leaf lettuce, and vine ripe tomatoes on thick sliced white bread.
  • Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

Choose two of the following meat options: ham, turkey, roast beef, or chicken salad. We also have a vegetarian option. All Boxed Lunches include: potato chips, fruit cup, cookie, and soda or water.

Blue Tie Catering can personally develop a plated meal that is specifically tailored to your event needs. Our talented culinary team and staff can create a menu that suits your needs and/or special dietary requirements. *Our linen rentals are pick up ONLY and will need to be returned to Blue Tie Catering by the client.

*Off campus linen rentals are for clients renting linens for an event that is NOT affiliated with Georgia Southern University.

Non-Campus Related Events: $8 per Tablecloth – Pick Up Only


Campus Related Events: $8 per Tablecloth – Full Service
Non-Campus Related Events: $10 per Tablecloth – Full Service


*Full Service – Blue Tie Catering employees will deliver and lay down cloths.

*Pick Up – Client will pick up and lay down cloths.

*Blue Tie Catering will apply the charge for cloths that were requested at the time of the event and not ordered beforehand.

*It is mandatory to cloth all dining tables in Nessmith Lane Conference Center.

Real Linen Napkins: No Extra Charge – Included in Pricing


*Real linen napkins can be provided for buffet meals ONLY by special request. There will be a $1/napkin charge added to any buffet meal that requests to have real linen napkins.

Additional Charges

  • Off-Campus Delivery Fee (15 Miles or Less Off Campus): 10% of Event Subtotal – Minimum of $25 but will not exceed $150 – There will be an additional $0.85/mile charge for any distances over 15 miles.
  • Bartender Fee: $55 per hour per bartender – 1 bartender per 75 guests
  • Grill Attendant: $35 per hour
  • China Service: $10 per person
  • Rolled Reflection Ware: $4 per person
  • Iced Beverage Container Rental: $15 per container
  • Beverage Container Rental: $10 per container
  • Ice: $5 per cooler/container of any size
