Zone Concept for Statesboro Commuter Permits

Beginning Fall 2024, students will have new Commuter options and flexibility with regard to their parking options. By implementing the Zone concept for Commuters. Commuter permits are no longer “lot specific” but rather zone specific. You can only pick ONE ZONE. There are 3 zones, this means if you purchase a Zone 1 permit you can park in lot 11, 13, 21, 12, RAC, and the football stadium.

Zone 1: Lots 11, 13, and 21

Zone 2: Lots 29, 30, 31 and 32

Zone 3: Lot 42

LOT 41: AMP and Faculty and Staff (ONLY)

ALL GSU PERMIT HOLDERS can also park at the RAC or Lot 12 (near the softball field, off of Fair Rd.) and the Paulson Football Stadium. Please remember that library parking is free after 5:30pm and commuter lots after 4 pm.

AMP UPDATE: AMP IS NO LONGER OFFERING THE 30 MINUTE FREE OPTION. You must have a permit within 10 mins of parking or you will be in violation.
