Industry Expo Overview
Every autumn, the Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing proudly presents the culmination of their senior design and capstone project at the Industry Expo Project Report Out (PRO) Day. This notable showcase event serves as a convergence point for students, sponsors, esteemed industry partners, seasoned professionals, faculty members, and distinguished visitors. It offers a day replete with enlightening presentations, valuable networking opportunities, illuminating laboratory tours, a dynamic career fair, and a prestigious awards ceremony. Following the conclusion of the presentations, we honor the standout teams in each category based on their project presentation scores. We are pleased to announce the winners of this year’s event, which took place on December 1, 2023.

Engineering Awards
Ajin Georgia is part of Ajin Industries, a tier 1 supplier for multiple Hyundai Motor Group and KIA facilities located in Alabama and South Korea. The company produces a variety of automotive body parts and electronics for original equipment manufacturers. Ajin Industries has been a key worldwide supplier to automotive manufacturers since 1976.
Ajin Georgia is the newest addition to meet the supplier needs of the Hyundai Motor Group EV Meta Plant located in Bryan County. Ajin Georgia is investing approximately $317 million in constructing a state-of-the-art metal stamping and robotic fabrication manufacturing facility located in the Bruce Yawn Industrial Park at the I-16 / Highway 301 Interchange. The plant will employ approximately 600 associates when at capacity. Computing Awards
