Online Mental Health Screening

ULifeline is an anonymous and confidential online resource and screening tool that provides students with information about the following mental health conditions using the following screeners:

  • Depression Screener / PHQ-9
  • Anxiety Screener / GAD-7
  • Eating Disorder Screener / SCOFF
  • Alcohol & Substance Misuse Screener / CAGE-AID

ULifeline is not intended to provide medical advice or be a substitute for professional diagnosis and treatment. When you click on the link below, you will leave Georgia Southern’s web page. The University does not manage nor control web sites not owned by the University. A core value and objective of this screening is to preserve participants’ anonymity. The University cannot identify you through your responses.

Please contact the Counseling Center if you would like to review and discuss your results with a clinician. Since your responses are anonymous, please bring a copy if you would like to review.

As a reminder to all Georgia Southern students, the Counseling Center is always available to help students. Call 912-478-5541 (Statesboro) or 912-344-2529 (Armstrong/Liberty) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Students can also view a more extensive list of resources (including additional 24 hour resources) here. Need a same-day appointment for an urgent issue? Contact the Counseling Center to schedule a same-day solution session. The university system has also partnered with UWill to provide five free individual counseling sessions. To access those services, please click here and create an account with your Georgia Southern email.
