Biography
Behnam Malmir earned his doctoral degree in business information technology from Virginia Tech, where he had the honor of receiving prestigious awards such as the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and Cunningham Fellowships. His primary research focuses on developing models that enhance human decision-making processes. Behnam has applied techniques such as text mining, machine learning, social network analysis, MCDM, and statistical modeling across diverse domains, including supply chain management, online reviews, social media, blockchain, decision support systems, and sustainability.
