Web development with a social media interface
Role
Archer Custom Services (ACS) is looking for a strong Web Design and Development candidate to implement an introduction to custom built hunting and competition rifles. The candidate will work directly with the owner of the business in Swainsboro, GA. After a full briefing, the Candidate can work remotely from a location of his/her choice.
The Candidate will build tools and web services to outline the company’s profile and services. This will be from scratch to completion design and development, including documentation and access by the owner or those authorized by the owner.
Responsibilities
- Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts
- Write well organized code that retains a vision of flexibility and customization
- Design, implement and deliver new end to end software solutions required by ACS
- Create powerful, easy to use frontend interfaces to maximize efficiency.
- Contribute relevant, clean, concise quality documentation to ACS knowledgebase to support/increase information sharing.
- Utilize best practices in software development
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to understand how our products are designed, built and assembled
- Ability to work independently, detail oriented and execution focused
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Web Development skills using appropriate interfacing software
- Open mind and creativity a must
- Being a hunting or shooting enthusiast is a plus
