Doğan presents webinar on course design to students at Necmettin Erbakan University
Selçuk Doğan, Ph.D., assistant professor of curriculum and instruction for the Department of Elementary and Special Education, was invited by his fellow colleagues in Turkey to present a topic on course design in new normal for new generations. More than 100 undergraduate students from Necmettin Erbakan University, Konya (a city south of the capital, central region) participated in a two-hour long webinar. Students were actively engaged in Q&A and created design ideas for their internships. In the interactive sessions, Dogan highlighted the importance of design and technology and the quality standards of course development.
“I was happy to see how undergraduate students are willing to learn and practice design standards in their early stages of college degree,” said Doğan. “I am also content with the opportunity to introduce new developments in the field in an international arena.”
