Georgia Southern’s MSAE recognized by Best Value Schools
The Georgia Southern University Parker College of Business online Master of Science in Applied Economics has been recognized as one of the five best online master’s programs in economics for 2020.
Southern Chorale brings home awards from Austria, Germany
Georgia Southern University’s Southern Chorale recently completed an 18-day tour of Austria and Germany, where they competed in two international choral competitions.
Fall Family Weekend kicks off with the Office of Student Activities, Office of Admissions and Georgia Southern Athletics
Fall Family Weekend kicks off on Friday with a block party hosted by The Office of Student Activities in collaboration with the Office of Admissions in the Paulson Stadium tailgate lot from 5-7 p.m. The University Programming Board will also provide a showing of “Toy Story 4” in the Russell Union Theater at 7:30 p.m. that is free to the public.
Join the Men’s Soccer team at 7 p.m. at Eagle Field for Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night. All faculty and staff members will receive free admission when they show their ID at the gate.
The Eagles will take on the Ragin’ Cajuns on Saturday inside Paulson Stadium as football hosts Family Weekend and Tackling for a Cure in support of cancer research, education and awareness. Cancer survivors will be recognized at the end of the first quarter. Special tickets are also available prior to the game in support of the Georgia Southern Cheerleading team.
