Job Title: Business Applications Analyst Co-Op (Summer 2018 or Fall 2018) – Sales and Distribution

Job Summary:
This position is located in Spartanburg, SC in the Information Services Department and reports to the Business Process and Applications Manager for the Sales and Distribution Team. The Analyst will assist with providing support for IT application areas such as Customer Sales Order Processing, Shipping, Inventory, and Warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide help desk/ticket support for users
- Work with business and plant associates
- Understand various customer service processes with focus on SAP ERP
- Understand various plant inventory and warehouse processes with focus on SAP ERP
- Develop design documents
- Perform systems analysis and research
- Develop documentation and training material
- Perform system configuration
- Test programs and applications for conformance to specs
- Lead training sessions with users
- Coordinate efforts with other Information Services specialists
Qualifications – Required:
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Have full time status at an accredited four year college or university
- Completed at least 30 credit hours
- General knowledge of SAP ERP SD or WM modules
- Solid capability in Microsoft Office software suite
