What does a great Implementations Analyst, Staff do?

As an Implementations Analyst, Staff, you will provide conversion support to banks and credit unions by creating mapping data requirements for moving source data from donor systems into DNA. You will code stored procedures, map business logic, perform quality assurance testing, generate reports, and conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy of data and DNA functionality. This is a client facing role where professional communication and consultative support is required on every project.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Data Science or equivalent work experience

Job Related Experience:

  • 3 +years of experience with DNA or financial account processing systems
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL, this includes writing advanced queries, cursors, stored procedures and functions
  • Experience working in Oracle databases and/or other relational databases
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a shared services team environment
  • Must be self-directed and willing to work under strict deadlines with precision and accuracy
  • Knowledge of programming standards, software development tools, and technical specification experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Guide converting financial institutions in the development of detailed mapping specifications combining data layouts with banking, credit union, and digital services business logic
  • Perform detailed data analysis and reporting on donor data files in an effort to consult with clients on the necessary data mapping and coding requirements
  • Create, test and run application Stored Procedures that match the client mapping specifications and convert data into DNA
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and application specialists at both the client and within Fiserv to aid in configuration, testing, documentation of changes, and project management
  • Lead discussions with clients pertaining to coding logic and/or data discovery
  • Balance all institutions financial and reportable account information for all data cuts and live conversions
  • Direct and perform QA testing and database validation for all data cuts, mock events, and live conversions
  • Develop conversion related reports for data cleanup, data validation, and general analysis
  • Provide mock and conversion weekend support, as well as cut support for conversion of data, balancing, and data review
  • Participate in post live client service projects and process improvement team initiatives
  • Coordinate efforts with internal team members to meet deadlines and perform proper testing and project task execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming
  • 2+ years of experience in system conversions and in a remote working environment
  • Travel Required:
  • Up to 25%
  • Occasional weekend and holiday work required

  • Remote (telecommute) position
