Research Interests
My research interests include aquaculture of commercially important fish and shellfish species, aquaculture nutrition, algae production for biofuel and bioproducts, and Algal Turf Scrubber systems. More specifically I am interested in the development of aquatic diets for fish reared in aquaponics systems, the use of algal turf scrubbers to remove nutrients from aquaculture and natural systems, and the development of sustainable aquaculture/aquaponics feeds and production systems.
