Emil Iacob, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Mathematics
I. Emil Iacob joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences in 2007. He has advised nine graduate students who completed their MS theses under his direction. Emil has served/serves in numerous department committees, program committees for conferences and editor for journals, and performed numerous reviews for conferences and journals. His research interests include deep learning, optimizations, and computational mathematics.
