LTC Nancy Tucker

LTC Nancy Tucker joined the Eagle Battalion summer of 2023 and serves as the Professor of Military Science.

LTC Nancy Tucker was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland-College Park. Her military education includes the Signal Officer Basic Course, Signal Captains Career Course, and Command and General Staff Officer College.

LTC Tucker commissioned as a Signal Officer through ROTC at the University of Hawaii-Manoa in May 2005. She most recently served as the Brigade Operations Officer for 516th Theater Signal Brigade in Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Her prior assignments include platoon leader, company executive officer, Battalion S4, Phoenix Academy S3/S6, Rear Detachment Company Commander, Small Group Leader (SGL), SCCC Division Chief, Battalion S3/XO, FORSCOM G6 C4I Planner, and Theater Plans and Exercise Chief.

Her awards include the Meritorious Service medal (4 OLC), the Army Commendation medal (2 OLC), the Joint Commendation Service medal, the Army Achievement medal, the Meritorious Unit Award, the National Defense Service Ribbon, the Iraqi Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon.

LTC Tucker is married to Chief Warrant Officer Three Kenneth Tucker and they have five children.
