Dr. Luke Pittaway Appointed as Visiting Professor

On 28th March it was announced by the Staffordshire University Business School in the United Kingdom (Stoke-on-Trent) that Dr. Luke Pittaway has been appointed a Visiting Professor (the odd visit in the summer and remote support).  Dr. Pittaway will be assisting his previous PhD Student (Dr. Steve Malone) who is currently the Academic Group Leader for Enterprise, Innovation and Sustainability.  Luke will be providing support for the development of the entrepreneurship and small business program and developing transatlantic links.

On commenting about the appointment to the University Dr. Steve Malone stated about Dr. Pittaway, “As Academic Group Leader for Enterprise, Innovation and Sustainability and having worked previously with him I know that Luke would be an outstanding visiting professor. Not least because of his dynamism, intellect and capability, his ability to interact at all levels and his networks in the discipline.”
