Glaze to serve on curriculum advisory committee for National Geographic project
Amanda Glaze, Ph.D., assistant professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning, has been invited to serve on the National Geographic “Umsuka” Public Paleoanthropology Project’s Curriculum Advisory Committee. This program is at the Cradle of Humankind in South Africa where Georgia Southern alumnus and world-renowned human evolution researcher Dr. Lee Berger is doing research and is involved in this project.
Glaze also had a chapter accepted for publication in a book on evolution education around the world that is sponsored by the National Association for Research in Science and Teaching and will be published in 2017 by Springer International Publishing.
