Debates – Select Topics
Activity Summary
Students need to know how genetic engineering is affecting their world from the foods they eat to the ethics of cloning. Students are be given a short presentation on each of the topics and then released to do their own research on their topic. The next class period is then used for the students to have debates on the pros and cons of the genetic engineering topics.
