Biography

Senali is a final year Ph.D. candidate in logistics and supply chain management. She holds a bachelor of applied sciences (Major- Management Science) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka. Her current research interests are related to innovation and operational performance of firms, patents, and research & development. Senali has taught undergraduate courses in operations and supply chain management. Before joining the Ph.D. program, she worked as a supply chain intern at Nestlé Sri Lanka, and as a supply chain coordinator at MAS Pvt Ltd., a leading apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka.
