Biography

Gabriel Gazzoli joins the Parker College of Business from New Mexico State University. He was previously a visiting assistant professor at Oklahoma State University, where he obtained his Ph.D. He was also a lecturer at Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland. Prior to his academic career, Gabriel had a variety of management level positions in hotels and restaurants in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. He conducts his research primarily on organizational frontlines and transformative service areas. Specifically, Gabriel’s research lies at the intersection of customers and employees in frontline service transactions, where he attempts to understand the dynamics of the entire employee-customer experience. He is also passionate about understanding how service systems can create uplifting changes in the wellbeing of individuals, communities, and eco-systems.
