Policies & Procedures

• Tee time reservations may be made up to seven days in advance online or by calling the Clubhouse at 912-GSU-GOLF. All players must check in at the Clubhouse before playing.
• Up to four players are allowed in a group, and each player must provide their own set of clubs or rent clubs from the Clubhouse Pro Shop.
• Players must wear proper attire while on the course. Golf shirts and blouses, golf pants, shorts or skirts, and golf shoes or athletic shoes are required during play.
• No play off #10 is allowed unless approved by the Clubhouse Pro Shop staff.
• Food and beverages on the premises must be purchased from the Clubhouse Café. No coolers or alcohol are allowed on University property.
• Players assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of golf and are responsible for damages to carts and property.
• In the event of a life threatening emergency, please call 911 and then call the Clubhouse at (912) 478-4653.
• All play must cease if lightning is in the area.

Care for the Course

• Players are expected to leave the course the way they found it.
• Players must repair all divots as they play.
• Keep up with the group in front.
• The pace of play should be at four hours.
• Keep golf carts on the path around the tees and greens on all Par 3 holes and outside 50 yards of greens on Par 4 and Par 5 holes.

Rules of Play

• USGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules or event rules.
• Out of Bounds areas are marked by white stakes, roads, and property lines.
• Water hazards are marked by yellow stakes or red stakes.
• Drop areas are marked in white circles.
