Leadership Institute

Georgia Southern University’s Leadership Development Institute (LDI) includes approximately 65 campus leaders who have committed themselves to professional and personal growth. The LDI puts into practice our belief that at Georgia Southern, we are investing in our People…with a Purpose to improve…aligning our actions as evidence that we are committed to growing ourselves to grow others.  

The LDI sessions will focus on defining and benchmarking where we are as an organization, who we are as individuals, and what actions we must evidence as leaders to achieve our strategic goals.
