
The Office of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Engagement (OELDE) provides strategic leadership to advance institutional effectiveness, foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, and deepen employee and student engagement. The office ensures that university-wide planning, leadership growth, and engagement efforts are aligned, data-informed, and impactful. Through an integrated approach to cultivating excellence across campus, OELDE aims to meet multi-divisional objectives and serve as a resource to the entire Georgia Southern community.
