Georgia Southern hosts 10th Annual SoTL Commons Conference
The Centers for Teaching and Technology at Georgia Southern will host the 10th Annual Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Commons Conference from March 29 to 31 at the Coastal Georgia Center, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, Georgia.
This international conference gives individuals the chance to attend high-quality presentations from recognized speakers and join in conversations on SoTL with an international community of scholars. Keynote speakers include representatives from the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISSOTL): Katarina Martensson, Ph.D., from the Division for Higher Education Development at Lund University, Sweden, and co-president elect of ISSOTL; Beth Marquis, Ph.D., from the Arts and Science Program and the School of Arts at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and co-president elect of ISSOTL; and Aaron Long, a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of English at the University of Kansas and student representative on the ISSOTL Board of Directors.
