Minors on Campus

General Information

Covered Programs, as defined in the Non-Student Minors on Campus Policy, are required to be registered with Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance (IARC) using NEST at least four weeks prior to the start of the program activities. Programs not registered with IARC may be denied permission to continue operations on the Georgia Southern University campus.

Any event that does not meet the established timeline below will be denied permission to operate on campus or receive the requested services. Download a copy of the Timeline for Minors Events on Campus to help you stay on track.
