Advanced Materials Core Research Laboratory

Georgia Southern University has a growing research environment offering exciting experiential activities to its students. As a student-centered, research-driven R2 institution, we place an emphasis on research with relevance and public impact. Interdisciplinary research teams are tackling global challenges in our laboratories using new approaches, state-of- the-art instrumentation, and new materials. The Advanced Materials Core Research Laboratory (AMCRL) is available to all faculty, staff and students pursuing research projects at Georgia Southern University. The facilities are also available to external users by contacting Dr. Marshall Ming, Director of the Center for Advanced Materials Science and the AMCRL, for information and pricing. Internal (GSU) user pricing is available by contacting ORSSP (during external proposal development) or Dr. Ming (for updated usage costs).
