Georgia Southern University utilizes The Work Number by Equifax to provide automated employment and income verifications. To verify an employee’s information, please visit The Work Number or contact their Client Service Center at 1-800-367-5690.

What you will need:

• Georgia Southern Employer Code: 18688
• The employee’s Social Security Number
• A permissible purpose as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Direct employee consent (if requesting income information)
• Credentialed access to The Work Number platform
