Eagle Experience Information Tents
Volunteering at an info/welcome tent provides a great way to welcome students, offer directions, and help create a supportive and inclusive environment. Comfortability in talking with students, solving problems, offering campus resources would be needed. Welcome tents will operate Wednesday, August 14th and Thursday, August 15th.
Eagles Brunch
Volunteers for Eagle Brunch will be welcoming students, offering giveaways, answering questions, and helping create excitement. Sunday, August 11 on both campuses.
New Student Convocation
Volunteers during the New Student Convocation will greet students, distribute programs and swag, assist with event seating, and build excitement for the upcoming start of term.

Eagle Experience T-Shirts
All volunteers can get an official Eagle Experience t-shirt and wear it during their duties. If you have one from a previous year, please reuse and be sustainable! If you don’t already have one (or need a new one), please email us at eagleexperience@georgiasouthern.edu with your t-shirt size.
