Build Skills. Lead Teams. Compete with Purpose.
Do you have the passion, drive, and dedication to be part of a competitive sports team? Georgia Southern University’s Club Sports program on the Armstrong Campus gives students the opportunity to develop their athletic talents, build leadership skills, and compete with peers who share similar interests.
Part of the Department of Recreation & Wellness, Club Sports are student-led, student-driven organizations focused on team development, camaraderie and friendly competition. These registered student organizations (RSOs) offer a more competitive alternative to intramurals, while remaining inclusive and community-centered.
Whether you want to join an existing team or start one from scratch, Club Sports are a great way to stay active, grow as a leader, and get involved on campus.
Why Join a Club Sport?
- Compete in local, regional, and national events
- Meet students who share your interests
- Gain leadership experience through team management
- Stay active and improve your athletic skills
- Be part of a fun and supportive community
