Stay Active. Get Connected. Live Well.

The Armstrong Recreation Center is the heart of fitness and adventure on Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong campus. At 85,000 square feet, it’s the largest campus recreation center in Savannah.

Recreation on the Armstrong campus originally operated inside the Student Recreation Center opened in August 2007. In August 2020, the Armstrong Alumni Arena was renovated and transformed into the ARC, continuing the combined legacy of intramural sports and recreation on the Armstrong campus.
