What Conference Services Does

We prepare and plan conferences with our partners. For decades, Georgia Southern University’s Division of Continuing and Professional Education has served thousands upon thousands of conference attendees in Statesboro, Savannah, and even online. We work with planning committees and conference chairs to provide registration, planning, and onsite assistance. Whether your conference is expecting a dozen or a thousand people, we have the resources and background to serve.

**Updated Payment Policy**

Please review the updated payment policy below to ensure a seamless experience.

  • All conference registration fees must be paid prior to attending the conference
  • Payment must be received within 30 days of registration
  • Receiving an invoice does not guarantee a seat at the conference
  • Registrations with outstanding balances that are older than 30 days may be canceled
  • Any credentials/certificates will be withheld until payment is received

Payment of the Registration Fee should be made at the time of registration unless your organization requires an invoice. In addition, 30 days prior to each conference the “pay by invoice” option will no longer be available. Therefore, requests to pay by invoice must be made prior to that deadline.
