Georgia Southern University has launched a national search for its next Dean of the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health (JPHCOPH) in Academic Affairs. Reporting directly to Provost Avinandan (Avi) Mukherjee, Ph.D., Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the next dean will provide strategic leadership for one of the University’s nationally recognized colleges, advancing academic excellence, research, community partnerships and public health impact across Georgia and beyond.
About the Position
The Dean serves as the chief executive and principal ambassador for the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health, providing strategic leadership and stewardship of the College’s approximately $6.7 million operating budget.
