The online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership helps students develop the skills needed to lead people, support organizations and solve workplace challenges. Program Curriculum
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership requires 123 credit hours.
Students complete general education coursework in areas such as writing, mathematics, humanities, ethics, technology, science, social sciences, political science and U.S. history.
Students complete foundational leadership courses that introduce major concepts in leadership, public administration, ethics and program evaluation.
Upper-division coursework helps students build advanced leadership, communication, administrative and organizational development skills.
Students complete 12 credit hours in either Health Care Administration or Public Service.
Transfer credit and approved lower-level coursework may be used to satisfy general elective requirements. Students should work with an advisor to determine how previous credit applies to the degree.
