Registration Information

Thank you for joining us for SoTL Commons 2027 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in beautiful Savannah, Georgia.

The conference begins at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2027 and runs through the afternoon of Friday, March 5, 2027.

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Participation in all workshops, sessions, and keynote addresses
  • Thursday: Full breakfast and lunch buffets
  • Friday: Full breakfast and lunch buffets

Student Registration: Verify student status by submitting a PDF of enrollment verification to  sotlcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.

Georgia Southern Employees: Select the Georgia Southern Faculty tab in the registration system to receive the reduced rate.

Invoice Request: To receive an invoice for registrations to be paid by an institution, email the request to: sotlcommons@georgiasouthern.edu

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur a $25 administrative fee. Requests for full refunds will be accepted until January 22, 2027. Refund requests submitted after January 22, 2027, will not be accepted.
