Join us for our 20th anniversary!
March 3-5, 2027
Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Savannah, Georgia
Celebrate 20 years of Speaking and Sharing SoTL Scholarship at our special 2027 SoTL Commons Conference. With iconic keynote speakers, Pat Hutchings, Dan Bernstein and Randy Bass, we’ll reflect on the past 20 years of the establishment of SoTL and we’ll look forward to the possibilities for the next 20 years of SoTL.
The SoTL Commons Conference was first convened in 2007 under the leadership of Dr. Alan Altany, then director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Georgia. The SoTL Commons is, and always has been, an international conference with an intimate feel featuring high-quality presentations from nationally and internationally recognized speakers and a place to join conversations on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) with a community of scholars from around the world.
