The fairs will be held on the Statesboro Campus on September 30th and the Armstrong Campus on October 13th. Additional information will be mailed home before Open Enrollment begins.
All employees are encouraged to attend to learn about 2026 plan changes and other USG benefits. Information will also be mailed prior to Open Enrollment.

Nessmith-Lane Conference Center Ballroom
To ensure that our faculty, staff, and vendors can still participate, we’re offering additional shuttles from the Armstrong Campus to the Benefits & Wellness Fair on the Statesboro Campus on Monday, October 14. Details:
- Departure from Armstrong: Two additional buses will leave at 9 AM from the Intercampus bus stop at the Sports Center parking lot near the Student Union.
- Return from Statesboro: The buses will depart Statesboro around 2 PM and return to Armstrong by 3:30 PM. The drop-off and pick-up location in Statesboro will be Nessmith-Lane Conference Center.
Sign Up for the Wellness Fair Shuttle
If needed, you can also use the regular Intercampus Shuttle.
Managers are encouraged to allow Armstrong employees time to attend. The Fair is a great opportunity to connect with local and USG vendors and explore wellness programs.
Open Enrollment Assistance: Open Labs will be held on the Armstrong Campus on October 31 from 9 AM – 2:30 PM for those needing help with enrollment. Statesboro Lab dates will be announced soon.
