The Office of Student Activities (OSA) at Georgia Southern University enhances student life through meaningful involvement, leadership development, and community engagement. With a focus on student growth beyond the classroom, OSA empowers students to find their place, discover their purpose, and make a lasting impact on campus and beyond.

The Office of Student Activities supports the mission of Georgia Southern University by providing and enhancing diverse involvement opportunities beyond the classroom. In a student-centered and engaging environment, we empower students to lead themselves and others through experiential learning.

At the heart of the Office of Student Activities is a dedicated team of professionals, graduate assistants and student leaders who work together to create meaningful experiences for every Eagle. From supporting student organizations to planning campus-wide events, our team is here to help you get involved, grow as a leader and make the most of your Georgia Southern journey. Our Administrative team supports the mission and vision of the Office of Student Activities by providing leadership and strategic planning related to our office’s work with student organizations, student leaders and campus programs.

Our Coordinator team is comprised of two professionals. These individuals are responsible for providing excellent advising and support to student organizations and the University Programming Board. Additionally, the Student Engagement Coordinators plan and implement campus programming opportunities that help support the mission and vision of the Office of Student Activities. Our Graduate Assistant (GA) team helps support and enhance the work done by our Student Services Coordinators through co-advising and general assistance with student organizations, the University Programming Board, and campus programming. Our GAs hail from across the nation and are enrolled in a wide variety of graduate programs here at Georgia Southern University. Each GA works closely with a staff member and is a good resource for questions related to your student organization, the University Programming Board or ways to get involved on campus!
