About Savannah Browse

Georgia Southern University invites local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and campus departments to participate in the Fall 2025 Savannah Browse on the Armstrong Campus.

This popular tabling event is your chance to:

  • Promote your services, products, or programming.
  • Connect directly with Georgia Southern students, faculty, and staff.
  • Engage new and returning students through fun, interactive booths, food, giveaways, and activities.
  • Recruit student workers by collecting job applications during the event.

Whether you want to expand your visibility on campus, share resources, or create lasting connections with the Eagle community, Savannah Browse is an excellent way to meet your audience face-to-face.

Registration Details

  • Registration Fee: None – participation is free.
  • Registration Deadline: Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM (or until capacity is reached).
  • Parking Permits: Off-campus vendors may request up to two parking passes, emailed to the first and secondary contact listed on the registration form.
  • Event Options: You may register for the Savannah Browse (Armstrong Campus), the ’Boro Browse (Statesboro Campus), or both events.
  • Table Limit: Groups with multiple programs or initiatives should consolidate into no more than 1–2 tables.

Participation Guidelines

What You Can Do

  • Sell products or services at your booth.
  • Share giveaways, free samples, coupons, brochures, flyers, or handouts.
  • Host interactive activities to engage students.
  • Collect job applications from students (if hiring).
  • Bring a tent (max size 10×10, self-supporting – no stakes).
  • Bring drinks to stay hydrated.

What You Cannot Do

  • Sign contracts, collect deposits, or complete applications (except job applications).
  • Solicit or accept credit card applications.
  • Display or promote alcohol, tobacco, drugs, related items, or paraphernalia.
  • Promote engaging in prohibited activities.
  • Leave items unattended or expect Georgia Southern to store materials.
  • Conduct promotional activity outside of the scheduled event date/time.

Table & Setup Information

Each registered vendor will receive:

  • One 6-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Random table assignment based on registration order.

Setup: 10:00 – 10:50 AM
Event Start: 11:00 AM sharp
Space Limits: Products, signage, and displays must remain on or immediately behind the table (within 2–3 feet).

Important Notes

  • Savannah Browse is a one-time special event sponsored by Georgia Southern University. Activities or promotions are not permitted before or after the scheduled date/time.
  • The University is not responsible for damaged or left-behind materials.
  • All vendors must follow campus policies and event guidelines.
  • Tents must be self-supporting and weather-appropriate.
