Minecraft Camp
June 2025
Minecraft Summer Camp is a week-long immersive experience designed to harness the creativity and problem-solving power of Minecraft to teach kids valuable skills in a fun, engaging environment. Using Minecraft Education Edition, campers explore coding, engineering, storytelling, and teamwork through daily challenges and guided projects. (lunch is included with this camp)

Arcs & Avatars
June 2025
Arcs & Avatars is designed specifically for students who have a passion for comic books and graphic novels. Through engaging activities and workshops, participants will have the chance to explore the world of comics, develop their storytelling skills, and even create their own characters and narratives. By the end of the camp students will have created a functioning comic book.

Summer XP Camp

This camp is designed for young gamers to explore, learn, and deepen their passion for gaming. Campers will engage in a variety of gaming experiences, including board games, card games, tabletop, console, and PC gaming. Along the way, we’ll emphasize the importance of online safety and create opportunities for campers to discuss their interests and ideas in different gaming genres. Whether it’s strategy, storytelling, or competition, there’s something for every gamer to enjoy!

Photography Camp
July 2025
Photography Camp is a week-long camp to allow kids to explore their love and passion for photography. They will be given the opportunity to learn the basics of photography and few techniques they can apply while building a starter portfolio. Campers will have hands-on lessons and explore different styles of photography while meeting new friends.

IT on Ramp
July 2025
IT on Ramp is a two-week program that equips students with hands-on experience in app and game development, cybersecurity, and web design. Whether you’re already into tech or just curious about it, this camp offers valuable experience in some really exciting areas. Students will gain skills and insights into the tech industry, exploring diverse career pathways and preparing for future success. They will get to actually build things, solve real-world problems, and learn how some of the tech you use every day actually works. This camp allows for a peek at what the future could hold for those who may want to go into the tech world in the near future.
Register for IT on Ramp (Coming Soon)
The IT On Ramp program is hosted at the Virtual Collaboration Center on Georgia Southern University’s Statesboro Campus through a partnership with TECH CORPS and funding from the Nordson Corporation Foundation. Thanks to this partnership, the camp is offered at no cost, with only a one-time fee required to cover daily lunches over the two-week program. Additionally, students who complete the camp with perfect attendance will receive both valuable technology training and a $200 stipend, made possible through the grant.
