Units
Accounting Services
Accounting Services is responsible for accumulating and providing reliable and comparable data as to the fiscal affairs of the University within the guidelines established by the University, Board of Regents, State of Georgia, and other Federal and State agencies, including the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable processes payments to the University’s customers, employees, and students and works closely with Procurement for purchased items.
Asset Accounting/Risk Management
Asset Accounting/Risk Management processes capitalized assets and small value equipment according to the rules and regulations of the University System of Georgia (USG) and the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS).
Payroll
Payroll is responsible for processing all University payrolls and financial management of employee wages, taxes, benefits and deductions.
