Our team supports faculty, staff and students by implementing and managing instructional technologies that strengthen course delivery, engagement and academic excellence. LTS Services

Folio Support & Assistance

Learning Technology Support manages Folio, Georgia Southern University’s Learning Management System (LMS).

We assist faculty, staff and students with:

  • Navigating Folio course spaces
  • Managing course content and assessments
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Understanding platform features and updates
  • Supporting online and hybrid course delivery

Whether you need help accessing a course, setting up assignments or resolving a technical concern, LTS is here to help.

Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Instructors often use external tools to enhance teaching and learning. Learning Technology Support assists with reviewing, managing and integrating approved third-party tools into Folio.

Support includes:

  • Evaluating instructional technologies
  • Managing tool integrations within Folio
  • Ensuring secure data sharing
  • Syncing rosters and gradebook information
  • Supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) access

Our goal is to create a seamless, secure and efficient digital learning experience.

Workshops & Training

To promote effective use of academic technologies, Learning Technology Support offers workshops and training sessions throughout the year.

Training opportunities are available for:

  • Staff
  • Students

Sessions focus on best practices for Folio, instructional design strategies, technology integrations and emerging academic tools.
