- Tickets will not be sold after 12noon on the day of the event, nor at the door.
- All guests (ages 4+) must have a valid, scannable ticket to enter.
- All tickets will be digitally scanned. Duplicate tickets or screenshots will not be accepted.
- If purchasing a ticket for someone else, either enter together or transfer the ticket at least one day

Scam Alert
Only tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are valid. All tickets will be digitally scanned. Duplicate tickets or screenshots will not be accepted. Tickets purchased through unauthorized vendors will not be accepted. All guests must have a valid photo ID and a scannable ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
- No replacement tickets will be issued.
- No “good faith” entries will be granted.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless the show is rescheduled or canceled.
- No event credits or exchanges.
Day-of-Show Guidelines
- Uniformed police officers will be on site. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the venue with no refund.
- All guests must have a valid, scannable ticket and a government-issued photo ID.
- Guests ages 4 and up must have a valid, scannable ticket.
- All tickets will be digitally scanned. Duplicate tickets or screenshots will not be accepted.
- Doors open at 5:30 PM.
- No re-entry is allowed once inside.
- Once inside, guests will be issued a wristband, which must be worn at all times.
- GA Southern’s Clear bag policy will be enforced.
- No outside food, drinks will be permitted.
No professional camera equipment will be permitted.
- Walk-through metal detectors and/or hand-held wands may be used at entry.
- Bag checks and personal item searches will be conducted.
- Prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.) must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of.
- There are no bag check services available.
- Clear bags only, per Georgia Southern University policy.
- Parking is available on campus, as follows:
- The Hill – space is limited.
- Paulson Stadium
- Shuttle service to The Hill will begin at 4:30pm.
- Shuttle pick-up will be at the GS bus stop, nearest to Freedom’s Landing.
- All vehicles must be removed from the parking area by 11:59pm on Friday, October 17th.
- Vehicles must remain within marked spaces within the parking lot.
- Vehicles may not be parked on the grass, or along the fence.
- Shuttle service to The Hill will begin at 4:30pm.
- Russell Union (Lot 21)
- Shuttle service to The Hill will begin at 4:30pm.
- Shuttle pick-up will be at the GS bus stop on Georgia Avenue (in front of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore).
- All vehicles must be removed from the parking area by 11:59pm on Friday, October 17th.
- Shuttle service to The Hill will begin at 4:30pm.
- Georgia Southern is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss.
- Maximum speed in parking lots is 5 MPH.
