Georgia Southern’s fall enrollment sets several records
Official numbers verified by the University System of Georgia (USG) show Georgia Southern University set several enrollment records this year, and saw growth on its Armstrong Campus in Savannah and in online classes. Georgia Southern’s official fall 2023 enrollment was 26,106, a 2.35% increase over fall 2022’s final enrollment figure of 25,506.

Georgia Southern University, one of the top-ranked colleges in the Southeastern U.S., today announced the opening of the newly renovated Gus Mart convenience store – now featuring Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology – in the Fielding D. Russell Union on its Statesboro campus. The debut of the technology makes Georgia Southern the first university in the state to feature Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, which provides a streamlined, checkout-free shopping experience.
