Our Sustainability Efforts

At Eagle Dining, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we operate. We’re dedicated to creating an environmentally-friendly dining experience by reducing waste and conserving resources.

Here’s how we’re making a difference:

  • Trayless Dining: This simple change helps reduce food waste and save water.
  • Eco-Friendly Operations: We use pulpers to cut down on waste volume, and we even recycle our cooking oil and grease, turning it into biodiesel.
  • Reusable To-Go Containers: Our new ReusePass program means you can use a reusable to-go container for meals at the Dining Commons, Lakeside, and The Galley. Just get your QR code to get started. No more disposable containers!

By making these small changes, we’re all helping to create a greener campus.

The ReusePass to-go container is made from a durable hard plastic in a very recognizable blue color.
