Registration Rates for GICOIL 2026

• Early Registration: $165 (ends 12/05/2025)
• Regular Registration: $195
• Student Registration: $95
• Exhibitor Registration: $250 (please complete the Exhibitor Request Form)

*Presenter registration is only for presenters with “accepted” proposals.

**All students are required to submit a copy of their current student ID or verification of their current student status.

A shuttle bus will be available for anyone who is staying at the Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn in Midtown. As these hotels are next to each, it will only pick-up and drop-off from one location.

There will be a morning pick-up so attendees arrive on campus prior the beginning of the conference each day and an afternoon drop-off after the final session of each day concludes.

No additional trips will be made. We will email a sign-up sheet for anyone who wishes to make use of this service, but please email us at infolit@georgiasouthern.edu if you have additional questions!
