Tetanus Booster

Students can see the date of the last tetanus booster that health services has on file:

1. Go to My.GeorgiaSouthern.edu and log in
2. On the “Services” tile, go to Eagle OSH
3. Click on the Immunizations tab at the top and click View History
4. Look for “Tetanus Diptheria Pertussis (tdap) Vaccination”
5. “Date Received” is the date you received that vaccine

Note: This may not show any vaccines you received after admission to Georgia Southern.
