The group leader must be present on the day of the challenge experience. If the group leader will be absent, they must contact Southern Adventures staff before programming to appoint a new group leader and to provide the new group leader’s contact information.
Participants at The Southern Adventures Challenge Course must follow guidelines to ensure their challenge experience is safe and fun.

Program reservations for The Southern Adventures Challenge Course must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired program date. On-campus groups participating in group development activities only are not required to sign additional forms. Participants in off-campus groups must sign both the CRI Standard Release form and the Challenge Course Informed Consent form.
Groups must contact Southern Adventures to cancel a reservation as soon as they are able.
Most low challenge course programs have both indoor and outdoor space available in the event of inclement weather. Reservations made with shorter notice during busier operation hours may not have an indoors option in the event of inclement weather. If there is no indoors option available, programming may be cancelled for inclement weather, and there will be an opportunity to reschedule the challenge experience.
